Burton, Volkmann & Schmal, LLP, was founded in 1997, as a successor firm to Gassett, Perry & Frank, where John Burton, Tim Volkmann and Tim Schmal had practiced together for fifteen years. Our firm's attorneys have over 95 years of collective litigation experience and a twenty-three year history of representing clients on the Central Coast and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
